We do not provide insurance, loans, investment, tax, financial, RTO or consultancy services directly. Every listed Advisor, Consultant, Business Owner or Customer is solely responsible for their own communication, commitments, transactions, services and business activities.
However, to maintain platform trust and user safety, we investigate genuine complaints related to fraud, spam, harassment, fake listings, data misuse, false commitments, abusive behaviour, impersonation or policy violations.

False complaints may result in permanent suspension of the complainant's account.
Verified complaints may result in:
- Warning
- Temporary Suspension
- Permanent Ban
- Listing Removal
- Reporting to appropriate authorities where required under applicable laws.
Emergency notice
If the complaint involves Financial Fraud, Cyber Crime, Identity Theft, Threats, Harassment or Criminal Activity, contact your nearest Police Station or the Cyber Crime Portal immediately. Platform investigation runs separately from any legal investigation.
